Which step did you reach today? Mrs T having a cuppa tea!
Good morning from Ms Bradshaw and Mrs Tasch!
1. The Daily Five - Maths
Hundredths on a place value grid
https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-4/
Remember you can use your decimal slider to help work these out. Write the numbers to represent the dots:
2. The Daily Five - Literacy
Design your own flying machine;
You will need to think about shape, useful attachments and what sort of things it might have to fly through (clouds, weather, sand storms or even fly underwater?)
Create a set of instructions
Explaining how to build it
How it works,
Where it can fly and;
Why you have designed the machine you have. Why is it that shape? Why has it got certain features.
3. The Daily Five - Outside Time
Make a worry doll:
4. The Daily Five - Project
Draw a picture of New Beginnings, of Spring .
Put your family in the picture and show what they are doing together or on their own (are they planting seeds, looking after animals, playing with your family, working, spring cleaning?)
5. The Daily Five - Reading
Keep reading from the resources from last week and practice your spellings from your Key Learning Priorites in your folders. Remember to use some of the spellings games to help you with this in your packs.
