The visit by the South West Ambulance Service was a great success! The day began with a role play session designed to teach the children what happens when you phone 999. The children learnt when and when not to phone the emergency services. They were then given the opportunity to play with some of the equipment and supplies carried on board and then they went into the ambulance. The flashing blue lights and sirens were the highlight of the day! Our grateful thanks to Alison Moore and her colleagues.
Does your child know their address well enough to tell someone in an emergency?
